Voor een gespecialiseerde dienstverlener in machine-installatie en onderhoud zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker met een passie voor techniek en een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid. Vanuit hun vestiging in de regio Menen ondersteunt dit bedrijf productieomgevingen in uiteenlopende sectoren van voeding tot textiel.

Deze onderneming bestaat uit kleine, goed gecoördineerde teams die dagelijks instaan voor het plaatsen, verplaatsen, afstellen en onderhouden van industriële machines bij klanten. Alles gebeurt met oog voor veiligheid, precisie en efficiëntie.

Zowel op de werkvloer als aan de voorbereidingstafel denken ze mee met de klant. De focus ligt op ontzorgen: ze zorgen ervoor dat hun klanten zich kunnen blijven concentreren op hun eigen productieproces, terwijl zij alles errond aanpakken. Van een slimme planning tot een foutloze uitvoering.

Met een directe communicatiestijl, praktische aanpak en een sterk technisch inzicht bouwde het team de voorbije jaren een reputatie op als betrouwbare partner voor onderhoud en montage. Je werkt er in een no-nonsense sfeer, met veel afwisseling, nauwe samenwerking en ruimte voor initiatief.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat het volledige machinepark van de klant in topconditie blijft
  • Je voert depannages uit bij plotse storingen en zorgt dat de productie weer snel op gang komt
  • Monteert, herstelt of vervangt onderdelen op basis van plannen, schema’s of technische fiches
  • Werkt zowel op mechanisch vlak als op structurele verbeteringen aan installaties
  • Je past aan waar nodig en voert aanpassingen uit op maat van de klant
  • Afhankelijk van de opdracht werk je zelfstandig of met een collega ter plaatse bij de klant
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker of onderhoudsmecanicien
  • Je beschikt over een goede mechanische kennis en kan werken op basis van technische plannen
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
