The posting

Onze klant in Balen is op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het hele proces vlot verloopt in de fabriek.

  • Je staat in voor het demonteren en monteren van installatieonderdelen en roterende machines en het aan- en afkoppelen van eenvoudige motoren
  • Je onderzoekt mechanische en eenvoudige elektrische storingen
  • Je voert het preventief en gepland onderhoud uit aan alle installaties volgens checklists en aan de hand van de weekplanning
  • Verder doe je ook het storingsonderhoud en zorg je er voor dat de installatie op een zo kort mogelijke tijd terug gebruiksklaar is
  • Je doet ook metingen met gespecialiseerd/specifiek meetmateriaal (vb uitlijningen)

Je voldoet aan de volgende criteria:

  • Minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting behaalde.
  • Je hebt een mooie technische bagage opgebouwd door je job, studentenjob, stage of hobby
  • Je werkt veilig, kwalitatief, kostenbewust, ordelijk en efficiënt
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van elektriciteit, pneumatica, hydraulica en smeertechnieken
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen
  • Je hebt kennis van de gangbare pc-toepassingen (Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP)
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar je werkt ook graag in teamverband
  • Je neemt deel aan de wachtdienst

Het bewaken en onderhouden van het complete proces in de fabriek.
