Wil jij jouw mechanische kennis inzetten in een productieomgeving waar precisie, techniek en internationale samenwerking samenkomen? In de regio Laarne kom je terecht bij een internationaal actief productiebedrijf waar matrijzen een cruciale rol spelen in het productieproces en zelfs tussen verschillende vestigingen en landen circuleren.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat deze matrijzen technisch in orde blijven, correct worden onderhouden en volledig klaarstaan voor hun volgende inzet of verzending. Daarnaast volg je machines op, grijp je in bij technische interventies en neem je ook twee testmachines onder jouw hoede. Een hands-on functie dus, voor iemand die graag sleutelt, problemen oplost en technisch verantwoordelijk wil zijn van begin tot eind.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventief onderhoud en technische interventies vormen de kern van jouw dag: matrijzen smeren, reinigen, controleren en technisch in orde brengen zodat ze opnieuw probleemloos kunnen worden ingezet
  • Omdat de matrijzen tussen verschillende internationale vestigingen reizen, zorg je ervoor dat ze correct worden klaargemaakt voor ontvangst en verzending en dat alle informatie up-to-date staat in de database
  • Ook wissels op machines behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid, zoals het vervangen en afstellen van stempels en schuiven
  • Loopt een robot of machine vast of verkeerd? Dan stel je deze opnieuw correct in en zorg je ervoor dat de productie weer vlot kan verdergaan
  • Daarnaast beheer je twee testmachines waarmee samples worden gemaakt. Daarbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de samples, het wisselen van schuiven en de technische opvolging van deze installaties
  • Je hebt een sterke mechanische basis en weet hoe je met gereedschap, matrijzen en technisch onderhoud moet omgaan. Dat kan vanuit opleiding, ervaring of een stevige praktische achtergrond komen
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in je natuur: je houdt machines en matrijzen correct bij, volgt hun status op en registreert alles zorgvuldig in de database
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en bent bereid te werken in een wisselend uurrooster: de ene week van 6u tot 14u, de andere week van maandag tot donderdag van 12u tot 20u en op vrijdag van 10u tot 18u
