Onze klant is een groeiend familiebedrijf met meerdere generaties ervaring binnen de voedingssector. Vanuit de regio Sint-Niklaas wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan technisch hoogwaardige oplossingen voor een internationale klantenkring. Met meer dan 100 medewerkers combineert de onderneming een sterke lokale verankering met een duidelijke internationale ambitie.

Dankzij een eigen ontwerp- en productieafdeling worden hoogtechnologische machines en technische componenten volledig in eigen huis ontwikkeld en gebouwd. Daardoor bevindt de organisatie zich op het kruispunt van voeding, engineering en geavanceerde automatisatie. De technische uitdagingen zijn er dan ook allesbehalve standaard.

Binnen het bedrijf heerst een professionele maar familiale sfeer, met korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op samenwerking. Techniekers werken nauw samen met ingenieurs en productie en krijgen ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen. Door de voortdurende groei en investeringen in technologie biedt de organisatie bovendien een omgeving waarin technische profielen zich verder kunnen specialiseren en ontwikkelen.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat het moderne machinepark betrouwbaar en optimaal blijft functioneren. Je bent een echte probleemoplosser: wanneer er een storing optreedt, analyseer je de situatie, spoor je de oorzaak op en zorg je voor een efficiënte oplossing.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Elektrische en elektromechanische storingen analyseren en doelgericht oplossen
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren om onverwachte stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen
  • Technische problemen opsporen aan een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark
  • Siemens PLC's programmeren, aanpassen en optimaliseren
  • Meewerken aan technische projecten en verbeteringen van bestaande installaties
  • Samenwerken met ingenieurs en collega's om technische oplossingen uit te werken
  • Installaties en machines verder optimaliseren op vlak van betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie
  • Technische interventies opvolgen en zorgen voor een correcte werking van het machinepark
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een technische of industriële omgeving
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Siemens PLC's en voelt je comfortabel binnen automatisatie
  • Je bent analytisch, hands-on en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
