Onze klant is een innoverend voedingsbedrijf dat bekend staat voor haar kwalitatieve vleeswaren en vegetarische alternatieven. Met haar 800 collega's, verspreid over vijf verschillende vestigingen in Vlaanderen en Wallonië, is ze een van de meest bekende in België.

Met een steeds toenemende drang naar optimale service en kwaliteit staan zowel de klant als de medewerkers centraal. Het bedrijf biedt daarom interne opleidingen aan zodat iedereen vertrouwd geraakt met de machines waar ze mee zullen werken. Elke collega wordt begeleid zodat zij zich helemaal thuis voelen in hun team, want de medewerkers zijn de drijvende kracht van het bedrijf.

Jobomschrijving

Onze klant, een vleesverwerkend bedrijf in regio Gent, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste technieker om in te zetten in de productieomgeving.

– Je voert mechanische werkzaamheden/onderhoudswerken aan de machines in de productieketen. Zo spendeer je 60% van je tijd . Meestal ben je bezig in de productiezaal, de overige tijd spendeer je in het atelier om stukken te herstellen en bestellingen te plaatsen

– Je voert elektrisch werkzaamheden uit. Dit neemt 20% van je tijd in beslag (niet programmeren PLC's enkel analyseren en fouten opzoeken)

– Je voorziet de analyse en programmering bij vervanging elektrische frequentieregelaars

– Je voert correctieve en preventieve onderhouden uit met constructeurs)

– Je werkt binnen de TPM-strategie

– Vroege shift, maandag tot donderdag: van 5.30 tot 14.00 uur. Op vrijdag werk je tot 12.00 uur

– Late shift: maandag tot donderdag: van 14.00 tot 22.30 uur en op vrijdag van 12.00 tot 18.30 uur

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

De ideale kandidaat herkent zich in het volgende voor de job:

– Je beschikt over een belangrijk diploma binnen de Elektriciteit, mechanica of elektromechanica

– Pneumatische kennis is een grote plus

– Nice to have: Je kunt laswerken uitvoeren en hebt hydraulische kennis (passende opleidingen worden desnoods verstrekt)

– Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken (blijvend vroege en late shift)

– Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is belangrijk om te kunnen communiceren met collega's

– Je bent bereid om in een productieomgeving te werken en alle veiligheidsvoorschriften te volgen
