Als allround onderhoudstechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel in het garanderen van een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.

  • Je spoort technische storingen aan machines en productie-installaties op en verhelpt deze.
  • Je analyseert problemen en zoekt zelfstandig naar een geschikte oplossing.
  • Je voert zowel correctieve als preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit.
  • Je staat voornamelijk in voor elektrische onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Ook bij mechanische storingen kan je zelfstandig de nodige interventies uitvoeren.
  • Je controleert de goede werking van machines en installaties.
  • Je grijpt snel en efficiënt in bij technische problemen om productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken.
  • Je bepaalt de juiste prioriteiten bij verschillende technische interventies.
  • Je denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen aan machines, installaties en onderhoud.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de technische dienst en productie.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en goed functionerende productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van elektrisch onderhoud.
  • Je hebt voldoende mechanische kennis om ook mechanische storingen te kunnen aanpakken.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch en logisch inzicht.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je kan technische storingen analyseren en probleemoplossend werken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief waar nodig.
  • Je kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen in je werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroeg/laat) te werken.
