Onze klant is een Belgisch familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van betonproducten. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Houthalen-Helchteren in de provincie Limburg. Voor de vacature als onderhoudstechnieker in Houthalen draag je samen met je collega’s zorg voor het optimaal functioneren van de elektrische installaties en instrumentatie in de betonfabriek. Je bent onmisbaar in het technische team en werkt actief aan een vlot en storingsvrij productieproces.

Jouw taken zijn onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties, schakelkasten, motoren en sensoren.
  • Snel en efficiënt analyseren en oplossen van storingen in het productieproces.
  • Zoeken naar en toepassen van structurele en duurzame oplossingen bij herstellingen.
  • Meewerken aan projecten rond automatisatie en procesverbeteringen.
  • Kalibreren en onderhouden van diverse meet- en regelapparatuur.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige en betrouwbare werkomgeving.
  • Signaleren van mogelijke optimalisaties en meedenken over technische verbeteringen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job als onderhoudstechnieker in Houthalen is onze klant op zoek naar een gedreven collega die zich thuis voelt in een technische productieomgeving en graag initiatief neemt. Dit breng jij mee:

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, automatisering of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.
  • Je hebt idealiter al een paar jaar ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van PLC-sturingen en industriële automatisatie; dit is zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt in oplossingen en gaat nauwkeurig te werk.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegenstelsel te werken, of om storingsdiensten op te nemen (in overleg).
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voor jou altijd centraal in je werk.
