In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit dagelijks in te zetten binnen verschillende industriële omgevingen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan onderhoud en storingen, maar kunt rekenen op een ervaren team wanneer je ondersteuning nodig hebt. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over technische verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie waar vakmanschap, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan industriële machines en technische installaties
  • Je spoort mechanische, elektrische en elektromechanische storingen op en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing
  • Je analyseert de oorzaak van technische problemen en denkt mee over oplossingen om terugkerende storingen te voorkomen
  • Je grijpt snel in bij technische pannes zodat installaties zo weinig mogelijk stilstand kennen
  • Je stelt machines en installaties correct af en controleert na een interventie of alles opnieuw goed functioneert
  • Je voert controles uit en grijpt proactief in wanneer je mogelijke technische problemen opmerkt
  • Je helpt mee bij de installatie, opstart en aanpassing van nieuwe machines en technische systemen
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en manieren om installaties efficiënter en betrouwbaarder te maken
  • Je werkt samen met collega-techniekers en deelt jouw technische kennis en ervaring
  • Je volgt jouw interventies correct op en zorgt voor een duidelijke rapportering van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften

Je maakt deel uit van een team van ervaren techniekers die elkaar ondersteunen en hun kennis graag delen. Dankzij de vlakke structuur zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je als technieker de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en zelf oplossingen aan te brengen. Nieuwe collega's worden goed begeleid en krijgen de tijd om de werking en technische installaties grondig te leren kennen. Het bedrijf hecht veel belang aan vakmanschap, betrouwbaarheid en een goede samenwerking en biedt medewerkers die zich willen inzetten dan ook een stabiele omgeving waarin ze op lange termijn kunnen groeien.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd binnen elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of een gelijkaardige richting en je hebt ervaring met technisch onderhoud en het opsporen en oplossen van storingen
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit en je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en kunt zelfstandig analyseren waar een probleem vandaan komt
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en opleidingen
