Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudsmecanicien draag je samen met je collega’s de verantwoordelijkheid voor het optimaal, veilig en storingsvrij functioneren van alle mechanische installaties en onderdelen op onze site. Je werkt mee aan zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud, volgt deze werkzaamheden nauwgezet op en grijpt in waar nodig om een vlot en kwalitatief proces te waarborgen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de technische dienst.

Concreet omvat jouw functie onder meer:

  • Het opsporen en verhelpen van machinestoringen en het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud op mechanisch vlak.
  • Meewerken aan toekomstige projecten zoals machine-optimalisaties, nieuwe investeringen en aanpassingen aan de gebouwinfrastructuur.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines en installaties en hierbij voorstellen formuleren.
  • Het beheren van de voorraad (stockbeheer).
  • Het correct gebruiken en beheren van de technische documentatie van het machinepark.
  • Het nauwkeurig toepassen van instructies en het kennen, begrijpen en volgen van ISO-procedures rond kwaliteit, veiligheid, milieu en BRC-richtlijnen.
  • Het melden, opvolgen en oplossen van mechanische en technische problemen.
  • Als cruciale schakel binnen het team bijdragen aan de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie op de site.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma mechanica of elektromechanica, of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring en bijscholing.
  • Je beschikt over inzicht in technische en mechanische aspecten.
  • Je bent iemand met een sterke persoonlijkheid, oprechte interesse en een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar techniek en mechanica.
  • Je kunt mechanische schema’s lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je gaat vlot om met computers en software.
  • Je werkt in een dagploeg van 7u tot 15u30 en stelt je flexibel op wanneer nodig.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en communiceert duidelijk en zelfzeker.
  • Je leergierige en gedreven houding maakt je een ideale versterking voor onze organisatie.
