Onderhoudstechnieker | Sleutelrol in hightech poederlakinstallaties Een machine die plots stilvalt? Jij wilt vooral weten waarom. Als Onderhoudstechnieker trek je eropuit naar verschillende productieomgevingen en duik je in technische storingen die om een doordachte oplossing vragen. De ene dag werk je aan een poederlaklijn, de volgende keer stel je een installatie opnieuw af na een productwissel. Zo blijft je job afwisselend én krijg je de kans om je technische kennis elke dag verder uit te bouwen.

Wat ga je doen? Je komt terecht in een wereld van geautomatiseerde poederlakinstallaties, transportsystemen, ovens en applicatietechnologie. Onze klant ontwerpt en bouwt deze installaties grotendeels in eigen huis, waardoor je met uiteenlopende technieken en moderne systemen in aanraking komt.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker neem je onder meer dit op:

  • Je spoort mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen op en brengt de installatie opnieuw aan de praat
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit en vervangt tijdig slijtagegevoelige onderdelen
  • Je controleert onder meer motoren, pompen, lagers, kettingen en andere componenten
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen die een installatie betrouwbaarder maken
  • Je verzorgt ombouw, afregeling en testdraaien bij productwissels
  • Je werkt aan systemen met onder meer pneumatica, elektromechanica en PLC-sturingen
  • Je gaat langs bij verschillende klanten in Vlaanderen en trekt occasioneel naar een project in het buitenland
  • Je krijgt daarbij ondersteuning van een technisch verantwoordelijke die je op het terrein begeleidt

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant bouwt al meer dan 30 jaar poederlakinstallaties voor industriële toepassingen. Van een compacte handmatige lijn tot een volledig geautomatiseerde installatie: het volledige traject wordt technisch uitgewerkt, geproduceerd en opgevolgd vanuit de eigen organisatie. Intussen draaien meer dan 500 installaties bij klanten verspreid over Europa.

Techniek stopt er bovendien niet zodra een installatie is opgeleverd. Via preventief onderhoud, onderdelenservice, opleiding en remote diagnose blijft onze klant ook daarna betrokken. Dat maakt jouw functie interessant: je werkt niet aan één type machine, maar leert verschillende installaties en technische uitdagingen kennen. Jouw technische basis:

  • Een diploma elektromechanica, elektriciteit of onderhoudstechnieken, of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Een stevige kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Ervaring met pneumatica
  • Basiskennis van PLC-techniek is een plus
  • Je kunt zelfstandig een storing analyseren en gericht naar een oplossing zoeken
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om op verschillende locaties aan de slag te gaan
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
