Onze klant is al meer dan 40 jaar gespecialiseerd in aluminium poedercoating en behoort tot de belangrijkste specialisten in oppervlaktebehandeling van aluminium in Europa.

Met vestigingen in Tisselt-Willebroek en Lummen en meer dan 350 medewerkers is Alural uitgegroeid tot een sterke en toonaangevende organisatie binnen de aluminiumindustrie. Alural maakt 100% deel uit van Reynaers Aluminium.

Voor de vestiging in Tisselt-Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een technisch talent dat mee wil bouwen aan een betrouwbare, veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Alural is gespecialiseerd in het poedercoaten van aluminium producten en beschikt over twee productievestigingen in België. Meer dan 270 medewerkers werken er dagelijks nauw samen om aluminium producten kwalitatief, efficiënt en tijdig af te werken.

Binnen deze moderne productieomgeving is een goed functionerend machinepark essentieel. Daarom biedt deze functie als onderhoudstechnieker de kans om mee te werken aan het technisch onderhoud en de optimale werking van de machines en installaties.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw taken:

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de technische installaties, machines en het rollend materieel optimaal en veilig blijven functioneren. Samen met je collega's sta je in voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en zorg je ervoor dat technische storingen en defecten snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.

Concreet:

  • Je volgt de onderhoudsplanning op en voert het geplande preventieve onderhoud aan machines en installaties uit.
  • Bij technische storingen en defecten ga je snel en efficiënt op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een gepaste oplossing.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties aan machines en installaties.
  • Je beheert de technische wisselstukken en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige onderdelen beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om de productie vlot, efficiënt en veilig te laten verlopen.
  • Je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegensysteem (vroege-late).
  • Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan de technische permanentie.

Jouw profiel:

Voor deze functie zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker met een sterke technische interesse en een hands-on mentaliteit. Zowel ervaren techniekers als gemotiveerde junior profielen met de juiste technische basis komen in aanmerking.

  • Je hebt een technische of beroepsopleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur in een elektromechanische richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis van elektromechanica en bent gemotiveerd om je kennis als onderhoudstechnieker verder uit te breiden.
  • Het lezen en correct interpreteren van elektrische schema's vormt geen probleem.
  • Je bent analytisch en oplossingsgericht en pakt technische problemen graag praktisch aan.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit is belangrijk: je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen bij onderhoud en technische interventies.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in 2 ploegen (vroege-late) en met permanenties te werken.
