Als Onderhoudstechnieker in de weekendploeg ben je een essentiële schakel in het garanderen van de werking van de productiemachines. Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn veelzijdig en belangrijk voor het succes van het productieproces:

Een van je belangrijkste taken is het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines, zodat storingen zoveel mogelijk worden voorkomen en de machines optimaal blijven draaien. Wanneer er zich storingen voordoen, ben jij snel ter plaatse om de problemen op te lossen, zodat de productie niet stil komt te liggen en de operatoren snel weer aan de slag kunnen; Je zult herstellingen uitvoeren aan verschillende soorten onderdelen, waaronder mechanische, pneumatische en elektrische systemen, en daarbij zorg dragen voor de snelle en efficiënte werking van de productiemachines; Naast het technische werk is het ook jouw taak om analyses van storingen te maken, zodat je processen kunt verbeteren en herhalende storingen kunt voorkomen. Deze verbeteringsvoorstellen draag je actief aan om de prestaties van de machines en de productie te optimaliseren; Als onderhoudstechnieker ben je tevens verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van de productiemachines, met als doel de continuïteit van het productieproces te waarborgen. Jouw inzet en technische vaardigheden spelen een cruciale rol in de prestaties van de gehele productieafdeling.

Als onderhoudstechnieker herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma (bij voorkeur elektromechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig door minstens een aantal jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als onderhoudstechnieker; Op technisch vlak heb jij ervaring met, of kennis van, (fijn) mechanica, pneumatica en elektriciteit. Beschik jij daarbuiten of nog extra kennis? Top, dat is zeker een pluspunt!; Als onderhoudstechnieker heb jij een passie voor techniek en ben je leergierig. Wanneer je kansen ziet om het productiepark te verbeteren en efficiënter te laten werken, dan zal je dit zeker aankaarten bij je leidinggevende; Qua persoonlijkheid beschik je over een hands-on mentaliteit en weet je de juiste prioriteiten te leggen; Je bent beschikbaar om in 2 ploegen de opleiding te volgen.
