Ben jij een mechanisch of elektrisch talent dat storingen ziet als een uitdaging? Via de afdeling permanent placement van Randstad stap je direct in vaste dienst bij een internationaal georienteerd Belgisch familiebedrijf. Als onderhoudstechnieker in Evergem speel je een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden van ons hoogtechnologische machinepark. Dankzij de korte beslissingslijnen op de productiesite in Evergem krijg je veel autonomie en waardering voor je vakmanschap.

In de veelzijdige rol van onderhoudstechnieker ben je op de site in Evergem verantwoordelijk voor zowel het preventieve als het curatieve onderhoud van de chemische installaties. Je spoort storingen snel op en voert herstellingen uit om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken. Naast het reguliere machinewerk beheer en onderhoud je ook de vitale energie-installaties (zoals stoom, demiwater en perslucht) in Evergem. Deze functie van onderhoudstechnieker is ideaal voor een techneut die houdt van afwisseling, diepgang en de stabiliteit van een onmiddellijk vast contract.

Een A2-diploma in de richting elektromechanica, mechanica of elektronica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).

Sterk technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur met kennis van roterende onderdelen, en een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Je bent een zelfstandige teamplayer met een gezonde dosis boerenverstand die graag in 3 ploegen werkt in Evergem.

Storingen oplossen: Je spoort elektrische en mechanische defecten op en voert herstellingen uit in het atelier of rechtstreeks aan de productielijnen in Evergem.

Preventief onderhoud: Je voert systematische controles, kalibraties en smeerrondes uit volgens het onderhoudsplan.

Nutsvoorzieningen beheren: Je waakt over de goede werking en het onderhoud van de energie-installaties (stoom, demiwater, perslucht, stikstof, incinerator).

Administratie & wisselstukken: Je registreert de gepresteerde uren en gebruikte reservestukken nauwkeurig in het systeem en meldt interventies aan de productieverantwoordelijken.

Veiligheid & optimalisatie: Je meldt fouten in plannen, doet voorstellen voor technische verbeteringen en houdt de werkvloer in Evergem strikt veilig en ordelijk.
