Vacature: Mechanisch Onderhoudstechnicus (Zware Mechanica)

Functieomschrijving:

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Mechanisch Onderhoudstechnicus die ons team wil versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse mechanische onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan onze productiemachines. De functie omvat 80% mechanische werkzaamheden en 20% elektrische werkzaamheden, waarbij je niet hoeft te programmeren maar wel in staat moet zijn om PLC's te analyseren en fouten op te sporen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan zware mechanica.
  • Onderhoud en reparatie van productiemachines.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen (geen programmering).
  • Programmeren van elektrische frequentieregelaars.
  • Basiskennis van pneumatische systemen is een grote plus.
  • Kennis van hydraulische systemen is een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.
  • Werken in ploegendienst (vroege 6u-14u en late shift 14u-22u).
  • Je hebt een opleiding elektromechanica of industriële elektriciteit gevolgd, gekoppeld aan een grote interesse en feeling voor machines.
  • Of je hebt jouw kennis vergaard door ervaring.
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste, ook schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent gedreven in het vinden van oplossingen voor een breed gamma van technische problemen.
  • Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel
