Als onderhoudstechnieker (2-ploegen) zorg je dagelijks voor het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud van mechanische installaties.

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan mechanische installaties, zoals reinigen, smeren, afstellen en aandraaien.
  • Je controleert de werking van machines, meetwaarden zoals druk, debiet en temperatuur, en kritische slijtagepunten.
  • Je bepaalt en voert preventieve en correctieve onderhoudsinterventies uit op basis van werkzaamheden en onderhoudshistoriek.
  • Je herstelt of vervangt defecte mechanische onderdelen, zoals lagers en tandwiel- en kettingaandrijvingen, en test en regelt deze af.
  • Je waakt over een veilige, correcte en milieubewuste werking van de installaties.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert uitgevoerde interventies.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan productie, kwaliteit en andere technische diensten.
