Dit kleinschalige chemiebedrijf in de regio Gent produceert detergenten, ontsmettingsmiddelen en specifieke handgels voor handreiniging.

  • De detergenten worden gebruikt door melkveehouders om buizen te spoelen die melk van de koe naar de silo brengen.
  • De ontsmettingsmiddelen worden gebruikt door paardenmaneges om hoeven te ontsmetten.
  • Het bedrijf werkt in een propere productieomgeving.
  • Het team bestaat uit 2 techniekers en 5 productiemedewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker sta je in voor het onderhoud en de reparatie van oude en nieuwe machines.

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan machines en lost storingen op.
  • Je werkt volgens de voorgeschreven procedures en past daarbij je kennis van PLC's toe.
  • Je maakt handleidingen op voor machines en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Je inventariseert het magazijn en houdt het overzicht van onderdelen en materiaal actueel.
  • Je stemt bij onduidelijkheden proactief af met de betrokken afdeling over de uit te voeren taken en zorgt voor een goede overdracht tijdens de overlap met de technieker in dagdienst.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Voor de functie van onderhoudstechnieker heb je een diploma en/of kennis van elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken.
  • Je hebt een relevante stage-ervaring of je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een kleinere productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC’s.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en volgens voorgeschreven procedures, en je kan technische handleidingen en administratieve documenten correct opmaken.
