Krijg jij energie van machines die perfect draaien—en van storingen die jij sneller oplost dan ze ontstaan? Bij Syensqo Specialty Polymers in Oudenaarde zoeken we een gemotiveerde onderhoudstechnieker met kennis van elektriciteit. Jij bent een cruciale schakel achter een vlotte, veilige en betrouwbare productie. Samen met je collega’s werk je in een 2-ploegensysteem in een team waar samenwerking en groei centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij houdt het machinepark in topvorm

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud zodat de productie blijft draaien.
  • Procesinstallaties aanpassen en technische onderdelen monteren, onderhouden en afregelen.

Jij lost storingen slim en veilig op

  • Storingen analyseren en aanpakken, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren in overleg met de betrokken partijen, met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Jij helpt mee de continuïteit garanderen

  • Na je opleiding neem je deel aan het wachtsysteem, zodat we ook buiten de reguliere uren op je kunnen rekenen wanneer het nodig is.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, technisch sterk is en veiligheid altijd voorop zet.

Handig om mee te brengen:

  • Technisch diploma A2 (mechanica, elektriciteit, elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Heftruckattest.
  • Hoogwerkerattest en BA4/BA5 zijn een plus.
  • Ervaring in een ploegensysteem en/of productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Talen: vlot Nederlands; basis Engels en/of Frans.

  • Sterk veiligheidsbewust en “zero tolerance” in het naleven van regels.
  • Verantwoordelijk, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als vlot schakelen met collega’s en stakeholders.
  • Aandacht voor kwaliteit, orde en netheid en basiskennis van milieuvoorschriften.

  • Het verwachte uurloon in België voor deze nieuwe medewerker bedraagt tussen de 19,83€ en 20,96€. Hier komt de ploegpremie bovenop (gemiddeld 2,46€, dit kan hoger of lager uitvallen afhankelijk van de ploeg die je draait). De uiteindelijke vergoeding wordt bepaald op basis van factoren zoals vaardigheden, ervaring, kwalificaties en interne gelijkheid, en kan uiteindelijk hoger of lager uitvallen dan het vermelde salarisbereik.

Praktisch

  • Locatie: Industriepark De Bruwaan 43, 9700 Oudenaarde
  • Werktijden : 12-uurs shiften op zaterdag en zondag : 6u - 18u of 18u - 6u Feestdagen en brug-dagen : tussen 8u - 12u afhankelijk van de stoptijd, coverage loopt voor 24u tijdens deze overbrugging
