Ben jij een hands-on onderhoudstechnieker met een brede technische kennis en interesse in mechanica, elektriciteit en industriële installaties? Steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en krijg je energie van het opsporen en oplossen van technische problemen?

Voor een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf in de milieusector zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker die ervoor zorgt dat verschillende technische installaties optimaal en veilig blijven functioneren. Je werkt zowel in het atelier als op verschillende werven en komt in aanraking met installaties voor onder andere tank- en bodemsanering, grondwaterzuivering en milieutechnische projecten.

Een technisch uitdagende en afwisselende functie waarin geen enkele werkdag helemaal hetzelfde is!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en herstellen van verschillende technische installaties. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan mechanische uitrustingen
  • Reinigen, smeren, afstellen, controleren en onderhouden van machines en installaties
  • Controleren van de werking van installaties en opvolgen van gegevens zoals druk, debiet en temperatuur
  • Opsporen van technische storingen en defecten
  • Herstellen of vervangen van defecte mechanische componenten
  • Testen en correct afregelen van herstelde onderdelen
  • Aanpassen van mechanische onderdelen en systemen aan de installatie
  • Nauwkeurig volgen van onderhoudsprocedures, technische fiches en werkinstructies
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij tank- en bodemsaneringsprojecten
  • Correct registreren van interventies en rapporteren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Bestellen van benodigde onderdelen en materialen via de aankoopdienst
  • Tijdens werkdagen stand-by zijn voor dringende technische interventies op werven

Je werkt afwisselend in het atelier en op locatie, waardoor je zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's aan uiteenlopende technische uitdagingen werkt.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke technische basis en een praktische ingesteldheid.

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en elektromechanische installaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC-sturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens.
  • Je bent hands-on en sterk in het praktisch oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en hecht veel belang aan veilig werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en resultaatgericht.

Volgende kennis of attesten zijn een pluspunt:

  • VCA Basis
  • BA5-attest
  • Ervaring met een vorkheftruck
  • Opleiding blussen met kleine blusmiddelen
  • Basiskennis van computertoepassingen
  • Ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud, sanering of waterbehandeling
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
