Ben je ook gek op frietjes en op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging? Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler in het produceren en ontwikkelen van lekkernijen op basis van aardappelen. Omwille van de verdere groei van de site in Wielsbeke zijn we op zoek naar een Preventief onderhoudstechnieker in 2 ploegen

Als preventieve onderhoudstechnieker ben je gepassioneerd om de betrouwbaarheid en de efficientie van onze machines en installaties te waarborgen. Jouw doel? Een vlotte werking garanderen en downtime tot een minimum beperken.

  • Wees een voorbeeld in het naleven van voorgeschreven richtlijnen en procedures voor een (voedsel)veilige, milieubewuste, en ordelijke werkomgeving.
  • Als technieker herken je potentiële problemen voordat ze storingen veroorzaken. Je rapporteert deze bevindingen nauwkeurig, waardoor we proactief kunnen handelen en ongeplande stilstanden kunnen minimaliseren.
  • Je voert geplande onderhoudstaken uit, zoals inspecties, smeringen, afstellingen en vervangingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze operationele teams en je technische collega’s om het onderhoudsplan te optimaliseren.
  • Je voorziet externe medewerkers van de nodige ondersteuning en opvolging om hun bijdrage effectief en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Daarnaast begeleid je technische scholieren en nieuwe medewerkers om hen te laten groeien in hun functie.
  • Je houdt nauwkeurig bij welke onderhoudswerkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd, gebruikmakend van de onderhoudssoftware (Ultimo).

Ben jij de geknipte kandidaat?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan
  • Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring als technieker op de teller én een passie voor techniek
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen
  • Je bezit een proactieve ingesteldheid
  • Je beschikt over logisch inzicht en een goed probleemoplossend denkvermogen waardoor je zelfstandig aan de slag kan
  • Je bent een teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een vlotte communicatie en gezamenlijk succes
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans of Engels en bent bereid om anderstalige collega’s te begrijpen
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2 ploegenregime te werken
