De firma produceert wielen voor Volvo Gent en voor Volvo in Zweden. In de fabriek komen banden en velgen toe, waarna ze worden gemonteerd en uitgelijnd.

  • Industriële productiesite, geen bandencentrale.
  • Propere, grote en aangename fabriek.
  • Temperatuur van ongeveer 19 à 20 graden.
  • Normaal geluidsniveau in de productieomgeving.

Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je voor het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van de productiemachines.

  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit op elektrisch en mechanisch vlak.
  • Je lost storingen en defecten op, zoals mechanische breuken, vastgelopen transportbanden en PLC's die in storing vallen.
  • Je vervangt onderdelen aan de machines, zoals lagers en de drive van motoren.
  • Je werkt in een team van 6 andere techniekers, verdeeld over het ploegensysteem.
  • Je neemt af en toe een wachtdienst op, in eerste instantie wanneer Patrick, de maintenance manager, met verlof is.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie heb je een technisch diploma en een sterke elektrische kennis nodig.

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma in onderhoudstechnieken, industriële elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt een zeer sterke kennis van elektriciteit. Mechanische kennis is een pluspunt. De technische focus ligt op ongeveer 70% elektriciteit en 30% mechanica.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Engels.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijds uurrooster van 40 uur per week en voor werk in 2 ploegen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig op de werkplek in de industriezone van Desteldonk raken. Er is geen busverbinding. Drie weken verlof nemen in de zomer past voor jou.
