Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag met je handen en krijg je energie van het oplossen van technische problemen? Dan is deze functie als Onderhoudstechnieker iets voor jou.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen het technische team en staat mee in voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de optimalisatie van productiemachines, matrijzen en gebouwen. Een gevarieerde functie waarin je zowel preventief als curatief werkt en elke dag opnieuw voor technische uitdagingen komt te staan.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark en de werkomgeving optimaal blijven functioneren. Je werkt nauw samen met de operatoren en het technische team en krijgt de nodige ondersteuning om je kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan productiemachines, productielijnen en matrijzen.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van technische storingen om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Onderhoud en opvolging van smeerplannen voor machines en installaties.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operatoren bij ombouwwerkzaamheden en pannes.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en voorstellen doen om machines en processen efficiënter te laten werken.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van de technische dienst.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan de bedrijfsgebouwen en technische installaties.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, goed functionerende en ordelijke werkomgeving.

Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om niet alleen problemen op te lossen, maar ook zelf verbeteringen te signaleren en mee te denken over de toekomst van het machinepark.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en werkt graag praktisch en hands-on.
  • Je bent bereid om bij te leren en je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken en technische problemen aan te pakken.
  • Je hebt een proactieve ingesteldheid en ziet mogelijkheden om machines en processen te verbeteren.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een technisch team.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en operatoren.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving of met onderhoud is een pluspunt.
