Wie zijn we?

Medix Laboratoires nv is een jong, dynamisch familiebedrijf en is internationaal actief als private label producent van innovatieve voedingssupplementen, dieetvoeding en sportvoeding. Onze productiemogelijkheden bevatten capsules, poeders, gels en een ruime waaier aan verpakkingsmogelijkheden waaronder een breed aanbod aan jars, big bags, zakken, pouches en kartonnen dozen. Ons fabrieksgebouw kan, met zijn 10.000 m², beschouwd worden als één van de modernste productiesites van Europa. Hierdoor garanderen wij de nieuwste productietechnieken en software. Via ons traceringsysteem kan er worden uitgegaan van de juistheid van de formules, productieplanningen en doseringen. Daarnaast zorgt onze inhouse R&D en labo voor innovatieve concepten en exclusieve adviesverlening op maat van de klant.

Met zijn 80+ werknemers is 'Medix' een klein, maar bruisend, KMO. Als een grote familie kent iedereen elkaar en wordt er nauw samengewerkt naar uitdagende gezamenlijke doelen met ruimte voor zelfstandigheid en zelfontwikkeling van ieder individu.

Als Medior Technieker bij 'Medix'...

...sta je mee in voor een vlotte productie en het onderhoud van de installaties en gebouw. Je krijgt 1 op 1 begeleiding en opleiding van de Technisch Supervisor.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je helpt de lijnverantwoordelijken mee wanneer nodig bij het ombouwen van de installaties
  • Je werkt mee aan het preventief onderhoud van de installaties, zodat eventuele problemen tijdig opgespoord kunnen worden en de continue goede werking verzekerd kan worden
  • Je detecteert en analyseert mee storingen aan installaties, zodat productie stilstanden tot een minimum herleid kunnen worden
  • Je voert diverse technische onderhoudswerken en kleine herstellingen uit om de gebouwen in topvorm te houden (kleine laswerken, vervangen van verlichting, plinten,…)
  • Je werkt mee aan de technische uitwerking van verbeterprojecten (nieuwe zones, nieuwe machines,…)
  • Je voert verschillende periodieke controles en metingen uit (urentellers, kalk, siliconen,…)

Je profiel:

  • Je hebt een technisch secundair diploma op zak
  • Je bent mechanisch sterk
  • Je hebt een stevige basiskennis van elektriciteit
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een brede interesse en wil op verschillende vlakken bijleren
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en je helpt collega’s uit andere afdelingen waar nodig
  • Ordelijkheid, netheid en hygiëne zijn basisbegrippen voor jou (voeding sector)
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om aan de slag te gaan in een dynamisch, groeiend bedrijf
