Heb jij zin om het onderhoud en de herstellingen uit te voeren in een hoogtechnologisch machinepark met state-of-the-art apparatuur? Dan zit je bij onze klant aan het goed adres.

Zij zijn een gekende bierproducent met een internationale afzetmarkt en zoeken een onderhoudstechnieker voor het behouden van een goed functionerend machinepark.

  • Je lokaliseert en verhelpt storingen aan mechanische en elektrische installaties in het bedrijf
  • Je ondersteunt de productie bij het opstarten en goed functioneren van de productiemachines
  • Je voert onderhoud en wijzigingen aan de machines en PLC-sturingen volgens de onderhoudsplanningen. Je werkt hiervoor preventief aan technische installaties en materialen, koelinstallaties, waterzuivering, sprinklerinstallatie en bedrijfsgebouwen
  • Je vervangt onderdelen in de machines. Hierdoor haal je de juiste materialen uit het magazijn
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het preventief onderhoud voor de aan jou toegewezen machines
  • Je bouwt samen met je collega's een kennisdatabank op door een accurate verslaggeving en registratie
  • Je zorgt voor kwaliteit door de juiste meet- en regeltechnieken tijdig/juist toe te passen
  • Je bent in het bezit van een A2 diploma richting elektriciteit en/of mechanica.
  • Je bent op de hoogte van diverse meettechnieken en je bent bereid je hierin bij te scholen.
  • Indien je ervaring hebt in de voeding is dat een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je kan zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt zin voor kwaliteit, orde en netheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
