Algemeen profiel

Als Onderhoudstechnieker speel je een cruciale rol in het verminderen van stilstanden, het ondersteunen van een continu productie en het mogelijk maken van de hoogsnelheidsprocessen die typisch zijn voor de productie van aluminium blikjes.

De Onderhoudstechnieker is een ervaren technieker die verantwoordelijk is voor de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de productie‑installaties, via geavanceerde storingsdiagnose, precisieherstellingen en doorgedreven onderhoud.

In deze functie werk je mee aan grote revisies, investeringsprojecten en optimalisaties van processen. Je brengt een diepgaande mechanische expertise mee, werkt vlot samen met verschillende ploegen en afdelingen, en helpt nieuwe collega’s inwerken en verder ontwikkelen via hands‑on training en kennisdeling.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Diagnose en oplossen van complexe mechanische problemen: voert diepgaande storingsanalyses uit en herstelt complexe defecten aan kerninstallaties en hulpsystemen.
  • Reviseren en onderhouden van cruciale procesinstallaties: herstelt of vervangt grote mechanische onderdelen om volledige functionaliteit en betrouwbaarheid te garanderen.
  • Plannen en coördineren van onderhoudswerk: stemt activiteiten af met leveranciers en interne teams om onderbrekingen te beperken en deadlines te halen.
  • Optimaliseren van uptime en efficiëntie: voert onderhoudsstrategieën uit die stilstanden verminderen en de prestaties van de productielijnen verhogen.
  • Bijdragen aan investeringsprojecten en revisies: ondersteunt grote overhauls en upgrades van installaties met technische expertise en hands‑on uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van onderhouds‑KPI’s en prestatiegegevens: monitort data om de efficiëntie te beoordelen en verbeteracties te sturen.
  • Toepassen van veiligheidsnormen: zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig verlopen en bijdragen aan een zero‑incidentcultuur. Ondersteunen van on-the-job training (OJT): deelt expertise en helpt collega‑operatoren en onderhoudsspecialisten hun mechanische vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen.

Kwalificaties en Ervaring

  • 4+ jaar ervaring in industrieel onderhoud
  • Hoger secundair diploma of gelijkwaardig
  • Technische kwalificatie (Mechanica, Mechatronica of Industrieel Onderhoud)
  • Computervaardigheden
