Technieker in de vaste nacht: De drijvende kracht achter een innovatieve steenfabriek in Bilzen

Bij de steenfabriek in Bilzen loopt de productie gesmeerd dankzij de inzet van de Technieker. In deze rol wordt gewerkt aan een modern machinepark waar innovatie en duurzaamheid centraal staan. De Technieker speelt een actieve en brede rol in het waarborgen van de continuïteit van het productieproces.

De Technieker is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige technische onderhoud van de installaties. De focus ligt op een combinatie van precisie, preventie en snelle interventies.

  • Onderhoud & Herstel: De Technieker voert zowel preventieve als correctieve onderhoudstaken uit op mechanisch en elektrisch vlak.
  • Revisie & Montage: Het (de)monteren, repareren, reviseren en smeren van onderdelen behoort tot de kern van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Testen & Inregelen: Na interventies zorgt de Technieker voor de nodige inregelingen en uitgebreide testen om een optimale werking te garanderen.
  • Optimalisatie: Er wordt actief meegekeken naar de onderhoudstoestand van het productieapparaat om verbeteringen en optimalisaties voor te stellen.
  • Rapportage & Teamwerk: De Technieker rapporteert de bevindingen nauwgezet en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, altijd met strikte naleving van de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen. Werktijden: De functie wordt uitgevoerd in een vaste nachtploeg (Ma-Do: 22u00 - 06u00 en Vrij: 20u00 - 03u00).

Het Profiel: Een Vakman met Oog voor Detail

De ideale kandidaat voor deze positie beschikt over een sterke technische basis en een passie voor het vak.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Beschikt over een diploma technisch of beroepsonderwijs (richting mechanica-elektriciteit) en heeft reeds relevante ervaring opgedaan, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Mentaliteit: Werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en planmatig. Een proactieve houding ten opzichte van veiligheid is vanzelfsprekend.
  • Discipline: Is bereid en gemotiveerd om op vaste basis in de nachtploeg te werken.
