Heb jij een technische achtergrond en krijg je energie van het oplossen van storingen? Wil je werken in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving met moderne machines en hou je ervan om zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit te voeren?

Voor een internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker.

Je werkt in ploegen of vaste nacht en komt terecht in een technisch team waar je dagelijks werkt aan een modern en geautomatiseerd machinepark.

Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven werken.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen aan productie- en verpakkingslijnen
  • Oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen
  • Werken aan automatisatie en besturingen
  • Ombouwen en afstellen van productiemachines
  • Installeren en onderhouden van meet- en regelapparatuur
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische herstellingen
  • Plaatsen, onderhouden en herstellen van pneumatische componenten
  • Meewerken aan het beperken van productiestilstanden
  • Werken volgens de geldende voorschriften rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde en netheid

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's van de technische dienst en productie.

We zoeken een technieker met een brede technische basis en interesse in geautomatiseerde productie-installaties.

  • Je hebt een diploma in elektromechanica, meet- en regeltechnieken, pneumatica of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Of je hebt relevante ervaring opgebouwd als onderhouds- of storingstechnieker
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit
  • Je hebt kennis van of ervaring met mechanica en pneumatica
  • Ervaring met automatisatie of productie-installaties is een plus
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of de voedingsindustrie is mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen of vaste nacht te werken
