Onderhoudstechnieker - Dagdienst

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Jouw dagelijkse takenpakket:

  • Preventief onderhoud: Samen met je collega's voer je inspecties uit om stilstanden en storingen te voorkomen.
  • Correctief onderhoud: Indien er zich toch een storing voordoet, ga je gericht op zoek naar de oorzaak en los je deze efficiënt op.
  • Elektrotechnische & mechanische werken: Je vervangt motoren, riem- en kettingaandrijvingen (inclusief uitlijnen) en past schema's aan bij het uitbreiden van verlichting of stopcontacten.
  • Automatisatie & PLC: Je monteert en sluit sensoren aan op PLC-ingangen, kalibreert deze en laadt parameters in bij het vervangen van frequentieregelaars.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en voert kleine mechanische las- en montagewerken uit.

PROFIEL

  • Elektrotechniek & Mechanica: Je hebt een sterke kennis van elektrische systemen, schakelingen, motoren en aandrijvingen.
  • Pneumatica & Robotica: Je kunt fouten opsporen in pneumatische systemen en beschikt over een basiskennis van robotica.
  • Automatisering (PLC): Je bent in staat om PLC in- en uitgangen af te lezen en bezit een basiskennis van programmatie.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Je bent sterk in diagnose en probleemoplossing bij storingen.
  • Schema's lezen: Je kunt vlot technische handleidingen, elektrische en mechanische schema's interpreteren.
  • Administratie & Software: Je bent computervaardig (Office 365) voor het opstellen van onderhoudsrapporten en storingsanalyses.
  • Soft skills: Je bent een echte teamplayer, communiceert helder en hebt een proactieve houding ten opzichte van feedback en procesverbetering.
