Dan geven wij jou graag de kans om te groeien.Voor onze verpakkingssite in Zwevegem zoeken we een gemotiveerde mechanieker in 2 ploegen. Je hoeft nog geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Wat voor ons telt, is dat je interesse hebt in techniek, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en vooral veel zin hebt om bij te leren.

Wat ga je doen? Als mechanieker speel je een belangrijke rol in ons productieproces. Jij zorgt er mee voor dat onze machines betrouwbaar blijven draaien.Je leert onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s:

  • preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren;
  • machines herstellen en technische problemen oplossen;
  • ombouwingen en technische aanpassingen uitvoeren;
  • storingen analyseren samen met operatoren en collega’s;
  • slijtage en mogelijke problemen tijdig herkennen;
  • meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines en processen.

Waar ga je werken? Familiebedrijf dat al 85 jaar actief is in de sector sigaren. Ze hebben een jaarproductie van 500 miljoen sigaren en commerciële activiteiten in meer dan 80 landen. Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral een kandidaat met goesting en de juiste ingesteldheid.

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en mechanica.
  • Misschien heb je een technische opleiding gevolgd, maar ook zonder het juiste diploma kan je in aanmerking komen.
  • Je sleutelt graag aan machines, voertuigen of technische installaties? Dat is zeker een plus.
