Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark, de nutsvoorzieningen en de gebouwen optimaal blijven functioneren. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen blijft de productie veilig, efficiënt en kwalitatief draaien.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan machines, installaties en nutsvoorzieningen om storingen te voorkomen en een maximale beschikbaarheid van het machinepark te garanderen.
  • Controleren en meten van technische onderdelen zoals kettingen, lagers, kleppen, koelcircuits, lucht- en watersystemen
  • Reinigen, testen, afstellen en proefdraaien van installaties na onderhoud
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen en PO-kalenders
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde werken en gebruikte onderdelen
  • Curatief onderhoud & storingen oplossen
  • Bij technische storingen ga je snel en efficiënt te werk:
  • Analyseren van defecten
  • Opsporen van de oorzaak
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen
  • Minimaliseren van productiestilstanden
  • Ondersteuning van de productie
  • Je ondersteunt de productieafdelingen en vervangt collega-technici wanneer nodig. Hierbij kan je instaan voor:
  • Opstarten en stilleggen van productielijnen
  • Ombouwen van verpakkingsmachines bij productwissels
  • Uitvoeren van formaat-, folie-, datum- en etikettenwissels
  • Fijn afstellen van machines en parameters
  • Controleren en reviseren van wisselstukken
  • Verbeteringen & technische ondersteuning
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen de technische dienst. Daarnaast voer je ook algemene technische werkzaamheden uit aan gebouwen en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de voedingsindustrie.

Voor de functie als onderhoudstechnieker beschik jij over het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in één van onderstaande richtingen:
  • Mechanische richting
  • Goede kennis van mechanica en pneumatica
  • Ervaring met draaien en frezen
  • Basiskennis elektriciteit en lassen is een plus
  • Elektrische richting
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit en sturingen
  • Basiskennis mechanica, pneumatica, draaien/frezen en lassen is een plus
  • Daarnaast kan je vlot werken met:
  • Windows Office
  • Onderhoudssoftware (PO maintenance systemen)
  • Technische vaardigheden
  • Instellen, bedienen en afregelen van productiemachines
  • Werken met meetapparatuur en handgereedschap
  • Gebruik van gereedschapsmachines zoals draaibank, freesbank, boormachine en slijpmachine
  • Ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Correct rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Vlot samenwerken met collega-technici en productieverantwoordelijken
  • Bijzonderheden en technische problemen duidelijk communiceren
  • Verbeteringsvoorstellen formuleren en meedenken over optimalisaties
  • Plaats binnen de organisatie
  • Afdeling: Technische Dienst
  • Rapportering aan: Hoofd Technische Dienst, Coördinator en Werkvoorbereider
  • Tewerkstelling: mogelijk in dagdienst of ploegensysteem
