The posting

  • Je bent technisch medeverantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden en verbeteren van het gehele machinepark.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud en optimalisatie van de productie-installaties (mixer, ballmill, poedertransport, afvulinstallatie, sealer, ...): zowel uitvoering van het curatief onderhoud als de oplossing van pannes.
  • Hierbij baseer je je plannen, schema's van documenten van de constructeur en interne procedures.
  • Je houdt van de schema's up-to-date, en schrijft actief mee aan de interne procedures van preventief onderhoud.
  • Je werkt in nauw overleg met Engineering mee aan projecten voor de implementatie en opstart van installaties en/of machines.
  • Je bent de aanspreekpersoon bij technische pannes in productie en bent in staat een root cause analyse uit te voeren, mechanisch, elektrisch of door middel van een PLC programma analyse.
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan het verbeteren van de installaties, door middel van root cause analyse, operator input, en PLC programma analyse, wat bijdraagt ​​tot optimalisatieverbetering, kwaliteitsverbetering en operatorcomfort.
  • De korte communicatiekanalen zorgen ervoor dat je zelf mee richting kan geven aan de onderhoudsorganisatie.
  • Je rapporteert aan de onderhouds- en engineeringmanager en werkt nauw samen met de productiesupervisors, operators en andere techniekers.
  • Ontwikkelaars:
  • o uitbreiding van de bestaande productieinstallaties heeft het werkgebied in de toekomst vergroot.
  • o In functie van jouw competenties en ervaring ondersteuning geven aan de onderhouds- en engineeringmanager.
  • Je draait mee in een flexibel systeem (starturen tussen 6 en 10 uur) in dagdienst, geen weekendwerk.
  • Ervaring met preventief, correctief onderhoud en probleemoplossing in een productieomgeving zijn een must.
  • Bachelordiploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige deurervaring (automatisatie)
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving: bij voorkeur in voeding, apotheek of chemische industrie.
  • Eigenschappen zoals proactiviteit, stiptheid, zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid, doorzettingsvermogen en perfectionisme zijn belangrijk.
