Functie

Voor een klant te Olen zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met korte communicatielijnen, een sterke feedback cultuur én een grote ‘can do’mentaliteit

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Als Onderhoudstechnieker bij onze klant is geen enkele dag hetzelfde;
  • Je komt terecht in een procesomgeving waar je instaat voor het goed werken en onderhouden van de technische installaties;
  • Je komt met verschillende machines in aanraking;
  • Samen met je collega’s zorg je er o.a. voor dat stilstanden vermeden worden door preventief onderhoud;
  • Indien er zich toch een storing voordoet, ga je deze oplossen.

Werkschema (8u/dag):

  • Maandag – Vrijdag: 08u00 tot 16u30
  • Op termijn en na de nodige interne opleidingen zal je tevens deel uitmaken van de wachtdienst ter verhelping van dringende problemen van technische/mechanische aarde.
  • Deze wachtdienst wordt waargenomen door meerdere collega’s in een beurtrolsysteem.

Profiel

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Stopcontacten en verlichting bijplaatsen en aanpassen in de schema’s;
  • Frequentieregelaar vervangen en de parameters inladen;
  • Motor vervangen (Elektrisch en mechanisch);
  • Riem- en kettingaandrijving vervangen en de aandrijving uitlijnen;
  • Storing zoeken (Komt de sensor binnen op zijn PLC-ingang?);
  • Installatie onderhouden (Smeren, nakijken, preventief componenten vervangen, …);
  • Sensor monteren, aansluiten op de PLC-ingang;
  • Mechanisch stuk lassen en monteren;
  • Kabel trekken en aansluiten;
  • Storingen aan een installatie verhelpen;
  • Sensor kalibreren;
  • Meedenken over procesverbeteringen.

Welke competenties hebben we nodig?

  • Elektrotechniek: Kennis van elektrische systemen, schakelingen en componenten;
  • Mechanica: Begrip van mechanische systemen, zoals motoren, tandwielkasten en riem- en kettingaandrijvingen;
  • Pneumatisch: Fouten zoeken, componenten kunnen vervangen;
  • Robotica: Basiskennis;
  • Diagnose en Probleemoplossing: Vaardigheid in het opsporen van storingen en het vinden van oplossingen;
  • Preventief Onderhoud: Preventieve inspecties uitvoeren op het machinepark en de nodige afwijkingen rapporteren en verhelpen;
  • Reparatievaardigheden: Bekwaamheid in het uitvoeren van reparaties aan zowel elektrische als mechanische systemen;
  • Kennis van Automatisering: PLC in- en uitgangen kunnen aflezen en basisprogrammatie;
  • Technische Documentatie: In staat zijn om technische handleidingen en schema's te lezen en te interpreteren;
  • Communicatie en Documentatie;
  • Rapportage: Het vermogen om onderhoudsrapporten en storingsanalyses op te stellen;
  • Teamwerk: Effectief kunnen samenwerken met andere technici en afdelingen;
  • Software en Technologie;
  • Onderhoudssoftware: Office 365.
