The posting

€22,5 tot €26 bruto per uur, een vast contract én 38 vrije dagen per jaar. Je werkt in 2 ploegen en je hebt een vaste werkplek. Bovendien werk je in een propere productieomgeving: hier ga je dus niet elke dag met zwarte handen naar huis.

In onze productie maken wij technische onderdelen o.a. voor de automotive sector. Voor ons team van onderhoudstechniekers, zijn wij nog op zoek naar een extra collega die elektrisch sterk is. Behalve onze productie onderhouden, zal jij ook instaan voor de dagdagelijkse klusjes.

Wat mag jij bij ons doen?

  • Valt een productielijn stil? Dan krijgt die voorrang. Je zoekt de storing, bepaalt de oorzaak en zorgt dat de productie weer verder kan.
  • Je spoort vooral elektrische storingen op met schema's en meetapparatuur. Je controleert bijvoorbeeld sensoren, motoren, bekabeling en elektrische componenten.
  • Je gebruikt foutmeldingen en signalen uit de PLC om sneller te achterhalen waar een probleem zit.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud en technische controles uit om defecten zoveel mogelijk voor te zijn.
  • Naast de productielijnen onderhoud je ook onze technische infrastructuur, zoals transformatoren, hoogspanningsinstallaties, compressoren, ventilatie en verwarming.
  • Ook mechanische en pneumatische problemen komen op je pad. Elektriciteit is je specialiteit, maar je takenpakket is bewust breder.
  • Je bepaalt zelfstandig je prioriteiten. Een stilgevallen productielijn kan niet wachten, terwijl een ander technisch probleem misschien wel tot later kan blijven liggen.

Wanneer werk jij?

Je werkt van maandag t.e.m. vrijdag in 2 ploegen. De ene week werk je van 6u tot 14u en de andere week werk je van 14u tot 22u. Je pauze wordt doorbetaald, waardoor je 8 volledige uren per shift betaald krijgt.

Voor de overdracht met je collega's ben je 10 minuten vroeger aanwezig. Daarvoor krijg je een aparte shiftoverdrachtspremie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met industriële elektriciteit als onderhoudstechnieker óf als elektricien.
