Je komt terecht in een familiale productieomgeving in de voedingssector, gespecialiseerd in de productie van dranken met een sterke reputatie. Vanuit de regio Ieper worden producten gemaakt die internationaal verdeeld worden.

Binnen de productieafdeling ben je actief op meerdere lijnen en speel je een belangrijke rol in de werking van de machines. De organisatie stimuleert interne opleidingen en kennisdeling. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een soepel, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opsporen, herstellen en onderhouden van elektrische storingen, aandrijfsystemen, servotechnieken en geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische en geautomatiseerde systemen.
  • Analyseren en bijsturen van PLC-gestuurde processen en ondersteunen van industriële netwerken en I/O-communicatie.
  • Beheer van besturingssystemen inclusief back-ups en bijdragen aan technische verbeterprojecten voor procesbetrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en energie-efficiëntie.
  • Samenwerken binnen het team techniek en elkaar ondersteunen bij dagelijkse taken en projecten.
  • Opleiding en achtergrond: Diploma (of bijna afgestudeerd) in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of automatisatie.
  • Interesse en motivatie: Sterke belangstelling voor industriële onderhoudstechnieken en het verder ontwikkelen van technische vaardigheden.
  • Technische kennis en ontwikkeling: Basiskennis of interesse om te groeien in het lezen van elektrische schema’s, foutopsporing op PLC-gestuurde installaties, aandrijftechniek en servomechanismen, en industriële communicatie (bv. veldbussen en I/O-netwerken).
