oor een technisch uitdagende omgeving in Dessel is Flanders Job Creators op zoek naar een Onderhoudstechnieker / Technisch Medewerker.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Je staat mee in voor het onderhouden en correct functioneren van technische installaties en combineert hands-on technisch werk met voorbereiding, storingsanalyse en opvolging.

Geen dag is hetzelfde: je voert onderhoud uit, analyseert technische problemen, ondersteunt bij nieuwe installaties en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als technisch medewerker ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Voorbereiden, plannen en uitvoeren van technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen en defecten;
  • Uitvoeren van controlerondes en operationele controles;
  • Lezen, controleren en waar nodig aanpassen van P&ID’s, technische schema’s en maatschetsen;
  • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en voorzien van materialen en wisselstukken;
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringsprojecten;
  • Uitvoeren van testen en controles;
  • Ondersteunen bij de indienstname van nieuwe of aangepaste installaties;
  • Registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen;
  • Mee opstellen en actualiseren van technische instructies en handleidingen;
  • Technisch begeleiden van interne en externe medewerkers tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden en keuringen;
  • Ondersteunen en opleiden van nieuwe of minder ervaren collega’s.

Je werkt graag aan technische installaties, denkt mee wanneer er een probleem ontstaat en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk. Veilig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Je bent:

  • Technisch en praktisch ingesteld;
  • Sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van storingen;
  • Zelfstandig, maar ook een teamplayer;
  • Nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust;
  • Iemand die ownership neemt;
  • In staat om werkzaamheden af te stemmen en collega's technisch te begeleiden.

Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving is een sterke troef. Ervaring binnen de nucleaire sector is interessant, maar geen absolute must wanneer je over de juiste technische basis en motivatie beschikt.
