Onze klant is een stabiele productieonderneming binnen een internationale groep, met een sterk lokaal karakter en een overzichtelijke technische organisatie. Op de productiesite in Roeselare kom je terecht in een compacte technische dienst waar vakkennis, zelfstandigheid en een praktische aanpak centraal staan.

De productieomgeving heeft een uitgesproken industrieel karakter en beschikt over een hightech machinepark, net die technische context maakt de functie bijzonder interessant voor een ervaren storingstechnieker. Binnen het technische team krijg je dan ook veel autonomie & ruimte om zelf problemen vast te pakken, verbeteringen te signaleren en technische documentatie verder op punt te stellen. Wie graag zelfstandig werkt en voldoening haalt uit het oplossen van complexe elektrische storingen, vindt hier een omgeving waarin ervaring écht telt.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker elektriciteit ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen een klein technisch team. Het zwaartepunt van je functie ligt bij elektrische troubleshooting en het analyseren van storingen aan bestaande productie-installaties.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Elektrische storingen aan productie-installaties systematisch analyseren, lokaliseren en oplossen
  • Elektrische schakelkasten en circuits stap voor stap doormeten en interpreteren
  • Bestaande elektrische schema's controleren en aanpassen aan de actuele installatie
  • Nieuwe elektrische schema's uittekenen wanneer bestaande documentatie ontbreekt
  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan het machinepark
  • Technische problemen zelfstandig aanpakken en indien nodig verbeteringen voorstellen
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen de technische dienst en productie
  • Externe partners ondersteunen of aansturen wanneer gespecialiseerde PLC-interventies nodig zijn
  • Technische kennis en inzichten delen binnen het kleine, ervaren onderhoudsteam
  • Je hebt minstens 5/10 jaar relevante ervaring als technieker, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële productieomgeving zoals voeding of chemie
  • Elektrische troubleshooting is jouw sterkste troef en je kan zelfstandig complexe elektrische circuits analyseren
  • Je kan elektrische schema's vlot lezen én tekenen, ook wanneer de bestaande documentatie beperkt of verouderd is
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands, aangezien alle interne richtlijnen en communicatie in het Nederlands verlopen alsook omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
