Technische storingen oplossen terwijl de productie blijft draaien?

Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Hooglede zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker elektriciteit voor de vaste nacht. Tijdens de nachtploeg zorg je ervoor dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Elektrische storingen analyseren, technische problemen efficiënt oplossen en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren vormen de kern van deze functie.

De technische installaties omvatten onder meer extrusie-, beklevings-, verpakkings- en coatingmachines. Dankzij een combinatie van elektrische expertise, probleemoplossend vermogen en een praktische aanpak blijft de productie maximaal operationeel.

Wat ga je doen: - Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan het machinepark en de technische nutsvoorzieningen. - Elektrische storingen lokaliseren, analyseren en doeltreffend oplossen. - Elektrische aanpassingen en technische verbeteringen uitvoeren aan productiemachines. - Onderhoud en interventies uitvoeren op extrusie-, beklevings-, verpakkings- en coatinginstallaties. - Eenvoudige mechanische storingen zelfstandig aanpakken wanneer nodig. - Technische interventies correct registreren en relevante informatie doorgeven. - Zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de volgende ploeg. - Meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten binnen de onderhoudsafdeling. - Veilig en volgens de geldende technische procedures werken. Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur TSO, graduaat of bachelor in elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting. Een stevige basis in industriële elektriciteit. Bij voorkeur ervaring met elektrisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse in een productieomgeving. Praktijkervaring kan in bepaalde gevallen een formeel diploma compenseren. Een sterke technische interesse in industriële elektriciteit en ervaring binnen een productieomgeving. Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding met aandacht voor veiligheid. Een oplossingsgerichte aanpak bij technische storingen. Bereidheid om in een vaste nachtploeg van 21:00 tot 05:00 te werken. Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een permanentiedienst. Goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Een heldere communicatiestijl en een vlotte samenwerking met collega’s.
