The posting

  • Je bent technisch mee verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden en verder optimaliseren van het volledige machinepark.
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van de productie-installaties (mixer, ballmill, poedertransport, afvulinstallatie, sealer, ...). Dit omvat zowel het uitvoeren van curatief onderhoud als het duurzaam oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Je werkt hierbij op basis van technische plannen, schema's, documentatie van de constructeur en interne procedures.
  • Je houdt elektrische en technische schema's up-to-date en werkt actief mee aan de uitwerking en verbetering van de interne procedures rond preventief onderhoud.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met Engineering ondersteun je projecten voor de implementatie, opstart en optimalisatie van nieuwe installaties en machines.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen in de productie en voert zelfstandig root cause analyses uit op mechanisch, elektrisch en PLC-niveau.
  • Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de continue verbetering van de installaties. Je vertaalt analyses, operatorfeedback en PLC-evaluaties naar oplossingen die de efficiëntie, kwaliteit en het gebruiksgemak verhogen.
  • Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen krijg je de kans om actief mee vorm te geven aan de onderhoudsorganisatie.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance & Engineering Manager en werkt nauw samen met productieverantwoordelijken, operatoren en collega-techniekers.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met preventief en correctief onderhoud, evenals troubleshooting binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Elektromechanica (afstudeerrichting Automatisatie) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedings-, farmaceutische of chemische sector.
  • Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig. Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid, werk je oplossingsgericht en heb je oog voor kwaliteit.
