Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van een ervaren technisch team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het optimaal functioneren van de productie-installaties. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en productie-installaties.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Herstellen en vervangen van defecte componenten om stilstanden te beperken.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties van installaties.
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en voorstellen formuleren om de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen.
  • Werken volgens een onderhoudsplanning en flexibel inspelen op technische interventies.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Administratief registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en interventies.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven technieker met een brede interesse in onderhoud, automatisatie en productieomgevingen. Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor of master in elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding.
  • Ervaring binnen technisch onderhoud, storingstechnieken of industriële productie is een plus.
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatiek en industriële installaties.
  • Het vermogen om elektrische schema's en pneumatische plannen te lezen en interpreteren.
  • Basiskennis van geautomatiseerde systemen en courante pc-toepassingen.
  • De bereidheid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst.
  • Flexibiliteit om te werken in dagdienst en vroege ploeg.
