Voor een moderne en sterk groeiende productieomgeving in regio Boom zoeken wij een ervaren Onderhoudstechnieker met een brede technische expertise in mechanica, elektriciteit en storingsanalyse. Binnen deze professionele productieorganisatie speelt de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark een cruciale rol in het garanderen van een efficiënte productieflow. U komt terecht in een technisch sterke werkomgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Bent u technisch sterk onderlegd, houdt u van probleemoplossend werken en haalt u voldoening uit het optimaliseren van industriële installaties? Dan biedt deze functie een stabiele en technisch uitdagende carrièrekans.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Analyseren, lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen aan machines en productielijnen
  • Snel en efficiënt ingrijpen om productiestilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Implementeren van structurele oplossingen om terugkerende technische problemen te vermijden
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens onderhoudsplannen en technische procedures
  • Controleren en opvolgen van de technische staat van installaties, componenten en productiemachines
  • Proactief detecteren van slijtage, risico’s en technische verbeterpunten
  • Voorstellen en uitvoeren van optimalisaties aan machines en onderhoudsprocessen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark
  • Correct registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde onderhoudsactiviteiten en technische interventies
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega-techniekers, operatoren en productieplanning
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en technische procedures

Je beschikt over een technisch A2-diploma in elektromechanica, elektronica of elektriciteit, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

  • Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte en praktische instelling met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een plus, maar gemotiveerde junior techniekers zijn ook welkom!
  • Je bent bereid te werken in twee ploegen (vroege/late shift) en occasioneel op zaterdag.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je hebt een passie voor techniek en bent gedreven om bij te leren.
