Functie

Voor onze klant, toptoeleverancier in de automobielsector zijn wij op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker.

Als onderhoudstechnieker, sta je in voor:

  • Uitvoeren van (preventief) onderhoud aan het volledige machinepark.
  • Zowel het preventieve als curatieve onderhoud behoren tot je takenpakket, alsook optimalisatie en verbeteringen van het productieproces.
  • Daarnaast zal je werken aan de realisatie van verschillende technische projecten zoals het aanpassen van installaties.
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de vernieuwing en de uitbreiding van de installaties.
  • Je behandelt interventies en projecten in samenwerking met de engineers en zoekt mee naar verbeteringen van het proces.
  • Je controleert en voert TPM mee uit.
  • Veiligheid en netheid zijn belangrijk. Dit wil dus ook zeggen dat je terecht komt in een nette productie omgeving.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van elektriciteit, pneumatica, mechanica en hydraulica.
  • Creativiteit en out-of-the-box denken is één van je sterke kanten
  • Je bent zowel een zelfstandig persoon als een teamplayer.
  • Veiligheid is een belangrijke waarde voor jou en dit laat je zien door je verantwoordelijkheidszin en plichtsbewustzijn.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een professionele bachelor of graduaat elektromechanica, automatisatie, onderhoudstechnieken of dergelijke (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken, vroege/late.
