Heb je een technische opleiding richting elektromechanica en wil je jouw carrière starten als Junior Onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving?

Voor een metaalverwerkend productiebedrijf in de regio Kuisbergen zoeken we een Onderhoudstechnieker. Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf met ongeveer 25 medewerkers waar een collegiale sfeer en een persoonlijke aanpak centraal staan. De onderneming produceert metalen componenten die gebruikt worden binnen elektrische installaties en levert zowel aan klanten in België als internationale partners.

De productieomgeving beschikt over een modern machinepark met onder meer CNC-gestuurde ponsbanken, profileerlijnen, plooimachines en persen. Dankzij voortdurende investeringen in technologie en automatisatie blijft het bedrijf groeien. Als Junior Onderhoudstechnieker krijg je de kans om deze installaties van dichtbij te leren kennen en actief bij te dragen aan een stabiel productieproces.

Tijdens jouw opstart word je begeleid door een ervaren peter binnen het technische team, waardoor je stap voor stap jouw technische kennis kan uitbreiden en ervaring kan opbouwen binnen onderhoud en optimalisatie van industriële machines.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat matrijzen en productielijnen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren door preventief en curatief onderhoud uit te voeren zodat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven
  • Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen en opvolgen van smeerplannen, waardoor machines correct blijven werken en hun levensduur wordt verlengd
  • Samen met operatoren werk je aan ombouwwerkzaamheden van productielijnen, waarbij je technische ondersteuning biedt zodat productie vlot kan blijven doorgaan
  • Bij technische pannes analyseer je samen met het team de oorzaak en help je storingen snel en efficiënt oplossen zodat de productie opnieuw kan opstarten
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de technische dienst en voorstellen formuleren die bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen en betrouwbaardere machines
  • Ook het onderhoud en kleine herstellingen aan gebouwen en infrastructuur neem je mee op zodat een veilige en goed functionerende werkomgeving behouden blijft
  • Door de begeleiding van een ervaren peter leer je het machinepark grondig kennen en ontwikkel je jouw vaardigheden als Junior Onderhoudstechnieker stap voor stap verder
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding bij voorkeur richting richting elektromechanica
  • Een eerste praktische interesse of basiservaring in onderhoud of techniek is een plus
  • Goede communicatie in Nederlands is belangrijk omwille van communicatie en veiligheidsvoorschriften
