Drijf jij op de afwisseling tussen preventief onderhoud, ingewikkelde storingen oplossen, constructiewerken (lassen, slijpen, boren) én een correcte administratieve opvolging? Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Onderhoudstechnieker Heftrucks & Intern Transport ter ondersteuning van het onderhoudsteam.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker Heftrucks sta je in voor het complete mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische onderhoud:

  • Diagnose & Herstellingen: Je bepaalt de aard van storingen op basis van technische dossiers, controleert hydraulische en pneumatische circuits en voer doeltreffende herstellingen uit.
  • Motoren & Aandrijvingen: Je sleutelt aan uiteenlopende motortypes (elektrisch, diesel, LPG en benzine) en vervangt of herstelt pompen, regelorganen en transmissies.
  • Assemblage & Afstelling: Je controleert, monteert en test veiligheidsuitrustingen, stabilisatoren en hefmechanismen vóór de definitieve aflevering of ingebruikname.
  • Constructie- & Smeerwerken: Je voert constructiewerken uit (slijpen, boren, lassen), volgt het smeerplan nauwgezet op en voert de nodige reinigingswerken uit.
  • Administratie & Veiligheid: Je registreert werkopdrachten, interventies en verbruikte wisselstukken op pc, en werkt strikt volgens de 5S-principes en de geldende veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.

Profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een diploma HSO (Secundair Onderwijs Autotechniek, Elektromechanica, Onderhoudstechnieken) of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare praktijkervaring.
  • Technische Kennis: Je hebt een grondige basis in mechaniek, hydraulica, pneumatica en motoren (elektrisch, diesel, LPG).
  • Attesten & Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een heftruckattest en/of ervaring met het bedienen van hoogwerkers en schaarliften is een absolute plus!
  • Eigenschappen: Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig, veiligheidsbewust en hebt een hands-on instelling.
  • Talenkennis & IT: Je begrijpt, spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan vlot overweg met de pc voor administratieve verwerking.
