Onderhoudstechnieker HVAC

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker HVAC in de regio van Sint-Martens-Latem. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Gedurende 60% van je tijd sta je in voor het uitvoeren van herstellingen en depannages van A tot Z. Je maakt eerst een analyse van het probleem, alvorens het op te lossen. Bij moeilijkheden kan je terugvallen op je collega’s op kantoor.
  • De overige 40% van je tijd word je ingezet voor het periodiek en predictief onderhoud van HVAC installaties, zoals verwarmingsketels, luchtgroepen, chillers, warmtepompinstallaties, enz.
  • Je wordt tewerkgesteld in rusthuizen, scholen, recreatiedomeinen, ziekenhuizen, enz. dus komt met de nieuwste technieken en toestellen in aanraking.
  • Je zal voornamelijk alleen onderweg zijn (vertrek ’s ochtends van thuis naar de eerste werf), maar kan terugvallen op een team van 10 collega’s. Ook vanop kantoor krijg je een degelijke ondersteuning.
  • Je zal werken in de regio’s Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

PROFIEL

Ben jij de geknipte kandidaat?

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma in HVAC, klimatisatie, koeltechniek, CV, elektriciteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt idealiter een aantal jaren ervaring in HVAC. Je hebt een degelijke elektrische kennis en kan een HVAC bord lezen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds jouw G1/G2-kwalificaties behaald, maar dit is geen must.
  • Je kan kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en punctueel en bent enthousiast.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans is een plus.
