Functie

Voor onze klant te Tongeren zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker voor in de HVAC (verwarmingstechnieker).

Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het plaatsen en onderhouden van sanitair & centrale verwarming bij particulieren. De werven/interventies bevinden zich voornamelijk regio Limburg.

  • Als verwarmingstechnieker sta je in voor het opsporen en oplossen van storingen aan verwarmingsketels (zowel gas- als stookolieketels) + het onderhoud van deze ketels zelf
  • Je staat ook in voor dringende interventies (steeds bij particulieren in de buurt van Tongeren)
  • Af en toe spring je bij met kleine montagewerken (bijvoorbeeld vervangen van kraan, spoelbak, ...)

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker sanitair & centrale verwarming
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler (je werkt soms mee in de ploeg)
  • Je bent in het bezit van GI & TV-nummer
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de voorschriften van de fabrikant en de regelgeving
  • Sporadisch zal je ook bijspringen in het monteren van elementen (zoals circulatiepompen, expansievaten, ...) en het herstellen van lekkages op bestaand leidingwerk
  • ?Je geraakt elke dag tot in Tongeren
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B (je rijdt zelf met een bedrijfscamionette naar de klanten om interventies te doen)
  • Je bent zeer beleefd en klantgericht, je werkt steeds bij mensen thuis. Indien klanten vragen hebben, zal je deze steeds op een correcte manier beantwoorden.
