Ben jij een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker met kennis van industriële HVAC en sanitair? Werk je graag zelfstandig, hou je van technische uitdagingen en krijg je energie van het oplossen van storingen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als Onderhoudstechnieker HVAC & Sanitair sta je in voor het onderhoud, de service en het opstarten van industriële HVAC- en sanitaire installaties. Je werkt bij verschillende klanten en op diverse werven, verspreid over heel België.

Jouw Functie:

Als Onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van HVAC- en sanitaire installaties. Je analyseert storingen, zoekt zelfstandig naar de oorzaak en zorgt voor een correcte oplossing.

Jouw Takenpakket:

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan HVAC- en sanitaire installaties.
  • Je analyseert technische storingen en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar de oorzaak en een geschikte oplossing.
  • Je staat in voor het opstarten, controleren en correct functioneren van installaties.
  • Je werkt op verschillende grote en uitdagende projecten, waaronder warehouses, kantoorgebouwen, industriële hallen en scholen.
  • Je vertrekt dagelijks vanuit Denderhoutem naar de verschillende klanten en werven.
  • Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve en professionele afwerking van je werkzaamheden
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen industriële HVAC en sanitair.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig koeltechnisch certificaat.
  • CAT1 is verplicht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Een rijbewijs BE is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je opdrachten.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Attesten zoals GI, GII of airco-deskundige zijn een pluspunt.
  • Goed gedragen en zeden kunnen voorleggen
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en bijkomende attesten te behalen.

Belangrijk: er wordt geen camionette ter beschikking gesteld. Je vertrekt dagelijks vanuit Denderhoutem naar de verschillende klanten en werven

Werkuren:

  • Je werkt standaard van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Je werkdag start vanuit Denderhoutem, vanwaar je naar de verschillende klanten en werven vertrekt.
  • De exacte werkuren zijn afhankelijk van de planning en de opdrachten bij de klanten.
