Jobomschrijving

Als Onderhoudstechnieker speel je een sleutelrol in het draaiende houden van een modern productieapparaat. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van technische problemen, maar denkt ook actief mee na over hoe machines en processen beter, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder kunnen worden.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan een gevarieerd machinepark.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van storingen op mechanisch, elektrisch en automatiseringsniveau.
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande foutanalyses om terugkerende problemen definitief weg te werken.
  • Optimaliseren van productie-installaties zoals menginstallaties, transportsystemen, afvullijnen en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Interpreteren van technische schema's, handleidingen en documentatie.
  • Actualiseren van elektrische schema's en meewerken aan onderhoudsprocedures.
  • Ondersteunen van technische projecten, investeringen en de opstart van nieuwe machines.
  • Samenwerken met operatoren, productieverantwoordelijken en engineering om de prestaties van de installaties voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Aanbrengen van technische verbeteringen die bijdragen aan hogere efficiëntie, betere kwaliteit en meer gebruiksgemak voor de operatoren.

Dankzij de korte beslissingslijnen binnen de organisatie krijg je bovendien de kans om zelf impact te hebben op de verdere uitbouw van de onderhoudsafdeling.

Je bent een technische professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag meedenkt over oplossingen op lange termijn.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een bachelor Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als technieker binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van preventief onderhoud, storingstechnieken en troubleshooting.
  • Ervaring in sectoren zoals voeding, farmacie of chemie is een mooie troef.
  • Kennis van PLC-gestuurde installaties en het analyseren van automatiseringsproblemen (Siemens)
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Doorzettingsvermogen om technische problemen structureel op te lossen.
