The posting

  • Je staat in voor het mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan industriële installaties
  • dagelijks voer je controle- en testrondes uit zodat de productiemachines continu kunnen blijven draaien
  • Bij probleemsituaties tracht je zo snel mogelijk het probleem te detecteren en de nodige acties te ondernemen rekening houdend met de veiligheidsprocedures, planning- en productieprocessen
  • Je voert revisies uit op machineonderdelen waaronder motoren, pompen, transportbanden, lagers, dichtingen, sensoren,…
  • Het vervangen, eventueel herstellen en uitlijnen van de nodige wisselstukken
  • Afstellen van machine onderdelen en parameters (uitlijnen, balanceren, instellingen wijzigen, productiesnelheid,..) • Demontage/montage en herstellen van kleine constructies
  • Je hebt een opleiding elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit en /of ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen
  • Je hebt ervaring in het herkennen en herstellen van componenten op mechanisch gebied
  • Je bent een stressbestendige probleemoplosser met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, planning en productieprocessen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Notie van PLC-sturing is zeker een pluspunt
  • Je bent een vroege vogel met een flexibele ingesteldheid
