Heb jij een technische achtergrond en werk je graag mee aan het bouwproces, maar dan achter de schermen? Voor een klasse 8 hoofdaannemer met hoofdzetel in de regio Wetteren zoeken we een Onderhoudstechnieker die wil bijdragen aan het vlot functioneren van de werfinfrastructuur en werkplaats.

Deze gevestigde speler is al meer dan 40 jaar actief in de afwerking van gebouwen, met een sterke focus op totaalprojecten voor nieuwbouw en renovatie. Hun kernactiviteit? Binnen- en buitenafwerking, volledig op maat van de klant. Met een team van ongeveer 200 collega’s, gelijk verdeeld over arbeiders en bedienden, realiseren ze projecten voor zowel de openbare sector als de industriële en dienstensector. Van ruwbouw tot eindafwerking: alles wordt intern beheerd, inclusief maatmeubilair en schrijnwerk, dankzij hun eigen productieafdeling. De cultuur binnen het bedrijf is professioneel en gestructureerd, maar tegelijk mensgericht. Medewerkers krijgen de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar maken altijd deel uit van een groter geheel dat inzet op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat tijdelijke werfinrichtingen veilig en gebruiksklaar worden geplaatst en onderhouden
  • Je voert kleine herstellingen uit aan de gebouwen, zoals verlichting vervangen of onderhoud aan poorten
  • Als onderhoudstechnieker sta je in voor het nazicht en de herstelling van klein handgereedschap zodat dit altijd in topvorm is
  • In het atelier hou je houtbewerkingsmachines draaiende via zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud
  • Werken doe je zelfstandig, maar waar nodig werk je nauw samen met collega’s op werven
  • Je bent breed inzetbaar: van technische tussenkomsten op de werf tot interventies in het atelier
  • Verplaatsingen met een aanhangwagen schrikken je niet af
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur met specialisatie in elektriciteit of onderhoud
  • Ervaring met klein technisch onderhoud, elektrisch werk of werfvoorbereiding is een grote troef
  • Je hebt een BA4-attest (of bereid dit via ons te behalen) en rijbewijs BE voor het vervoer van materiaal
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
