Een machine die stilvalt, een onderdeel dat vervangen moet worden of een technische verbetering die de productie efficiënter maakt. Jij ziet het niet als een probleem, maar als een uitdaging. Voor een productieomgeving in de regio Kuurne zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker die graag sleutelt, analyseert en technische oplossingen uitwerkt.Wat ga je doen?Je zorgt ervoor dat machines, gereedschappen en installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Daarbij combineer je onderhoudswerk met technisch maatwerk.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je voert preventieve onderhoudswerken uit om storingen zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen.
  • Bij technische defecten ga je op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je voor een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je maakt en bewerkt onderdelen, kalibers en gereedschappen voor machines aan de hand van conventionele verspaningstechnieken zoals frezen en draaien.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van het technisch team en stemt af met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.

Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch onderlegde onderhoudstechnieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zelfstandig problemen oplost.Je brengt mee:

  • Een diploma A2 Elektromechanica, Mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond door ervaring.
  • Een sterke kennis van mechanische technieken.
  • Kennis van pneumatica en basiskennis elektriciteit.
  • Het vermogen om elektrische schema's te lezen en interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met conventioneel frezen en draaien.
  • Een praktische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • De motivatie om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.

Ervaring met laswerken is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
