Ben jij een technisch sterke mechanieker die graag machines draaiende houdt? Dan is dit je kans. Onze klant in Bornem is een groeiende productieorganisatie met een moderne en geautomatiseerde werkomgeving. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie staan hier elke dag centraal. Ze zoeken een Mechanisch Technieker Onderhoud (ook gekend als industrieel mechanieker of onderhoudstechnieker mechanica) om het machinepark in topvorm te houden.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de installaties zo veel mogelijk blijven draaien. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met snelle herstellingen en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en met je collega-techniekers. Zo beperk je stilstanden en verhoog je de efficiëntie van de hele productie.

Of je nu al jaren ervaring hebt als mechanisch technieker of net je eerste stappen zet in onderhoud, onze klant staat open voor technische profielen met de juiste motivatie.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je voert preventief mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud uit aan industriële machines en productie-installaties
  • Je herstelt defecte onderdelen snel en correct, zodat stilstanden zo kort mogelijk blijven
  • Je demonteert, reviseert en monteert mechanische componenten zoals lagers, pompen, tandwielen, aandrijvingen en transportbanden
  • Je volgt onderhoudsplannen en technische schema’s nauwkeurig op
  • Je analyseert terugkerende defecten en zoekt de échte oorzaak
  • Je doet voorstellen voor technische verbeteringen en denkt actief mee
  • Je verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van het machinepark
  • Je werkt samen met productie om processen vlotter te laten verlopen
  • Je hebt sterke praktische kennis van mechanica en machineonderhoud
  • Je hebt ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving, dat is een grote troef
  • Een bachelor mechanica of elektromechanica is mooi meegenomen, maar praktische technische ervaring telt voor ons het zwaarst
  • Je analyseert technische problemen zelfstandig en lost ze op
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor veiligheid
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook zelf verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
